BP004083: Human CXCL13/BCA-1 Protein with the N-His-Sumo Tag

Source: The recombinant Human CXCL13/BCA-1 Protein, (amino acids Val23-Pro109) fused with a His-Sumo tag at the N-terminus, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CXCL13/BCA-1 protein with the His-Sumo tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 22.9 kDa. The protein migrates to 26-28 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Anti-CXCL13 Antibody protein with the N-His-Sumo at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CXCL13 protein with the N-His tag with the EC50 of 0.54 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CXCL13/BCA-1 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Source: The recombinant Human CXCL13/BCA-1 Protein, (amino acids Glu19-Asn244) fused with a hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CXCL13/BCA-1 protein with the N-hFc tag has a predicted MW of 37.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CXCL13 protein with the N-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-CXCL13 Antibody protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 23.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
